Privacy & Security

Are the conference calls private and secure? Answer:

Yes.  There are several different privacy features.  Each call has a unique Participant Access Code for entry.   Participant Access Codes are uniquely assigned for all services with the option to choose your own for our Web-Scheduled services.   Also, there is a short tone heard on the conference call whenever anyone exits or enters the conference.  Additionally, the conference organizer can press the pound,or "#" touch-tone to hear how many other parties are on the call.  In addition, the conference organizer may lock the conference by pressing "5" on the touchtone keypad to prevent additional persons from entering the conference.

If I use the address book with e-mail addresses of my colleagues, are those e-mail addresses kept private?  Will they be passed on to telemarketers or result in spam e-mail? Answer:

We strictly DO NOT share or sell your e-mail address or those in your address book with anyone outside our company.  We may, however, send out our own promotional solicitations and service bulletins.
