Conference call Web Manager controls include: - End Conference-Stop the call completely.
- Mute All-Silence everyone but the moderator.
- Unmute All-Unmute your participants (up to 25 callers).
- Start Conference Recording-Initiate call recording.
- End Conference Recording-Disable call recording and complete the creation of that file.
- Enable Name Announce-Require participants to record their name before joining the call.
- Disable Name Announce-Disable name announce and let participants join the conference call anonymously.
- Enable Conference Call Continuation-Continue the call after the moderator leaves the conference.
- Disable Conference Call Continuation-Disable call continuation, so your conference call ends when the moderator disconnects from the call.
- Lock Conference-Restrict new participants from joining the conference call.
- Unlock Conference-Unlock the conference call, so new participants can join.
- Lower All Hands-Lower all raised hands on your Web Manager page.
- Log Out-Log off the moderator from the Web Manager.
- Mute/Unmute Individual Caller-Check or uncheck the box next to each calleræ¯ name in the Muted column of the Web Manager to control individual talk/listen access to your conference call. An unchecked box allows the caller to speak on the call, and a checked box will mute the caller.
- Lower Hand-Double click on a participant's raised hand icon, and it will disappear. (Conference call participants can signal the host to ask a question at any time during the call by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypad to virtually raise their hand. The conference call host can unmute the caller if necessary, allow them to ask their question and then lower their hand.)
